zFiler is our simple answer to a clear issue : there was no satisfying solution to easily transfer big file accross Internet.

Emails are often size-limited (5Mb or 10Mb are frequent values), and mailboxes too have a max size they must respect.

FTP is generally badly implemented in Web browser (Internet Explorer…) and very differently according various browsers : standalone FTP applications, depending on used OS, are needed for most of the times. Even when all that is ok, you may face settings (passive or active mode?) or firewall issues!

NOZICAA has set up an user-friendly and efficient service allowing to transfer file with a plain Internet connection. Its name : zFiler.

Largely used in graphics and print domains, zFiler is the ideal solution to transfer big file accross Internet. zFiler also offer user management features, so you can give your partners some rights to publish files, safely and with respect for privacy.

Professional Use

zFiler is not “only” a file exchange service, it is a professional one. It makes you able to manage your enterprise files flow, between you and your partners (customers, providers) and/or between your various partners.

If you are used to exchange files with providers A and B for your professional activity, but not wanting they see each other, zFiler is solution for you. With zFiler user management you can create private accounts for A and B, and so your providers can submit files, without knowing each other.

If you have to provide files to your customer C (e.g. documents…), simply by creating a C account you can securely transmit files to your customer.

If you need share files related to the project P for many contributors/partners, you can create a zFiler account P remotely accessible, with full security and privacy.

With zFiler, you can define as many user accounts as you need (each of them with different login and password). Each user has a specific and distinct space, to store his files without seeing or acccessing those of other users.

With temporary download authorization, you can given download right very precisely : to a particular person (specified by email address) during a given period.

Finally, zFiler is hosted on our professional and secure platform, external to your network: you avoid intrusion risks.

Efficient and user-friendly

zFiler provides a user-friend UI allowing any authenticated individual to send and receive file with a plain Web browser. No option to be set, no complicated menus, all is easy!

Unlimited file size

Unlike email attachment, zFiler has no file size quota! You can transmit 20Mb or 100Mb files, or more if you want.

Compatible

zFiler doesn't require any extra software to be used : a plain Web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) is sufficient, without regard for user platform (Mac, PC, Unix…)!

zFiler also integrate a viewer so that you can read your documents (PDF…), without needing a Web browser plugin (e.g. Acrobat Reader).

Moreover, zFiler work perfectly accross firewall : only 80 port (Web/HTTP) is used.

With its WebDAV connectivity, you can host your shared calendar on your zFiler account so that it can be accessed by softwares (Apple iCal, Mozilla Sunbird…).
